Team Plan Active but Monthly Credits Were Not Provisioned ($0 / $30)

Hello,

I purchased a v0 Team Seat on May 28, 2026.

The subscription is active and renews on June 28, 2026.

My account is:

  • Team Owner

  • v0 Builder

However, the monthly credits were never provisioned.

Billing shows:

  • Monthly Credits: $0.00 / $30.00

  • Gifted Credits: $0.00

Because of this, I cannot use my paid v0 subscription.

I already opened support ticket:

and have not received a response for almost 2 days.

Could someone please review this issue?
