Unable to Deploy to Production

It seems that deployment to production is currently broken. I’ve attempted to deploy across multiple projects, but none are going through. Here’s what I’m experiencing:

  • After selecting “Deploy to Production”, the UI shows a spinner for about 20 seconds.
  • No logs or error messages appear during this time.
  • Eventually, it resets back to the environment selection screen (Deploy to Production / Deploy a Preview).
  • The deployment history is also missing, which suggests something more systemic.

I’ve confirmed this behavior across different projects and browsers.

I don’t have too much info here since I’m not on the billing team, but your account was flagged as “Subscription Expired” 3 days ago, do you have any outstanding invoices?

If so this should be as simple as paying it, but otherwise you’ll need to contact the billing team to get sorted out
