Unable to Downgrade from Pro to Hobby

User is attempting to downgrade from Pro subscription to Hobby plan but receives an error stating “projects that will be merged have services that aren’t part of the Hobby tier.” User has verified that all Pro-tier exclusive features (Password Protection, Analytics, WAF, Log Drains, Monitoring, etc.) are disabled on all projects. No apparent reason for the downgrade to be blocked. Needs support team investigation to identify the root cause and complete the downgrade.

  1. I go to ~/settings/billing and click downgrade
  2. Pick option B
  3. Screen says, Downgrade Plan - By downgrading your plan, you will exceed the amount of Hobby teams you can have on Vercel. Select one existing Hobby team to merge into Aaron’s projects during the downgrade.
  4. Select project named ez
  5. Screen appears - ez cannot be merged because it contains unmergeable resources. Delete or manually transfer these resources, then retry this downgrade.
Unavailable on Hobby plan - Log Drains
Will not transfer - Integration Installations
    Automatic transfer - Team Members
  6. Click “Downgrade” - Cannot start a merge while unmergeable resources are present. Manually transfer or delete these resources to continue.
    ez team has no projects
Cant manually delete ez Team - You cannot delete your last Hobby team.

Thought a support ticket was the right way to go, now trying this community. https://vercel.com/aarons-projects-86e05567/~/support/cases/819839

Hi @motionharvest, welcome to the Vercel Community!

I think the solution for this that you remove all integrations from the Hobby team that you are merging to. This will solve the issue.
