After I clicked "Upgrade," I was redirected to this page, but there is nowhere to click to make the payment. I also tried scrolling down or zooming out, but there was no confirmation payment button. Also, clicking "Add Card" on the billing page gave me the following message:

"The payment method modal could not be loaded. Our engineers have already been informed. Please try again later. To increase the chances of success, please disable any browser extensions that could be blocking third-party scripts."

However, I didn't actually have any ad-blocking plugins enabled. Can anyone tell me why this is?
