Unable to Use Existing Credit on v0 Account

Hi, I have about $13 in my v0 account, but when I try to start a chat, it prompts me to buy more credits. I haven’t been able to use the credit I already have, i’ve had this issue before, .

i don’t want to buy another 20$ worth of credits to use the ones i have, can anyone explain to me what the issue?

It’s not about buying credits, it’s about having an active v0 subscription. Pro plans come with many features including using on-demand credits. When you downgrade to the free plan, you do not lose your credits but they will remain there until you are on a plan that can consume them again
