I had an existing subscription and then an bought additional credit to be able to use it when my monthly credits end.
My monthly credit has finished and I expected the billing to start from the additional credit but I am being told that I am out of credits.
Does it mean the additional credits was a waste of my money?

It seems like you’ve downgraded to v0 Free plan. You can’t use the on demand credits on the v0 Free plan. You must have seen this warning when downgrading to v0 Free from a paid plan.
These credits are not wasted. You can upgrade to any paid plan and make use of them before they expire.

Please can a 5 dollar plan or even ten dollars plan be added to the subscription
$20 is quite huge to some persons mostly students like me
It is in place to avoid abuse of the paid plans. I’ll pass the feedback to our team about a student plan. But, for the foreseen future this is the only solution to use the on-demand credits you’ve left.
