Unacceptable billing

I have a free premiere plan activated which should be support me to use for a year but why you charged me another $20 for the new month??


Just…WHY ??
Should I shut down the subscription first? But how?
After I used the code the billing page just became such simple.
What’s wrong?

We recently shipped some improvements to the v0 billing which is what you’re seeing with the change.

I’ve already known that change.
but my question is:
How can I cancel the subscription after I used a usage code which provided me a premiere plan for a year?

I was charged $20 yesterday automatically
I think I dont need to pay anything to v0 while the plan is activated

Could you tell me more about the usage code? I’m not aware of us giving out codes, unless it’s from a hackathon you were recently part of?

The code was get from A new perk for annual subscribers: A free year of some of the world's most beloved products (while supplies last)

And I posted an image in the second reply, which is a screenshot in my billing page of v0.
Well, I post it here again.

You can see it shows You have free v0 Premium because you used a Usage Code
And, you can also see I couldn’t manage my subscription, too! There is no way for me to stop the automate charge.

Besides this post, I also submitted Case #00504475 about this issue on May 14th, and directly informed the relevant staff through Chanel V0.
