I received invoice 7SV2QNPO-0012 for a $40 charge to the Moorcrew account , associated with my email, mason.omara@gmail.com. I cannot access the account or its projects through Google SSO, GitHub SSO, or email and password login.

I created this account for a client project and handed it off to Moorcrew. They should not have access to my payment information or use my card for additional charges. Our client relationship has since ended, and I cannot rely on them to remove my card.

I am requesting that Vercel: Refund the $40 charge, as I did not authorize it. Provide the invoice and identify the account and project associated with the charge. Remove my payment method and prevent further charges. Investigate the account's billing activity and determine whether Moorcrew violated Vercel's Terms of Service. Please treat this as an unauthorized billing issue and confirm how Vercel will resolve it.
