On June 8, I submitted a case on https://vercel.com/help but have not received any support. I have tried to hold the credits for some time and have contacted your staff, but still no response. I’m unclear whether I need to complete the refund process, as I’m using v0 and still have to renew each month. I have repeatedly asked the staff for clarification, but have not received any answers.
I currently have $47.24 in credits on my account that I cannot use. This amount was accidentally purchased on June 8, and I would like to request that it be released for use. I have reached out for support in the community at least three times and have filled out the refund process, but I have not received any response. My primary goal is to be able to use the remaining $47.24 in credits.
Hi @hotfung-9972, please raise a refund request from https://vercel.com/help. You need not to create a case but ask for refund from the chat bot and it’ll automatically process the refund if applicable.
