On June 8, I submitted a refund request and received a response on June 9 stating: ‘Refunds are handled by the billing team at Help, so you’ve done the right thing by submitting the request there yesterday. You will receive your refund when the team gets to your ticket.’ However, I have not yet received the refund. Could you please assist me with this request?

Sorry, I’m not sure how to get your support. I would like to ask: if I cancel my current plan renewal, can I still use the remaining $56.18 in Additional Purchased Credits until it reach $0?
