Urgent: Paid v0 Team Plan affected by Vercel account suspension and missing credits

I need urgent help with a billing/account issue that is affecting my paid v0 Team Plan.

The v0 Team Plan appears active in my account, but the project and credits are not behaving as expected. I am attaching a screenshot showing that the Team Plan is active, while the available credits show only USD 5.00, which does not seem consistent with the paid Team Plan.

Current behavior:

  • My v0 Team Plan appears active.
  • The account shows only USD 5.00 available credits.
  • The v0 project still appears in my account, but I cannot continue working in the original chat as before.
  • My Vercel account appears to be suspended.
  • The suspension seems to be affecting my paid v0 Team subscription, even though the v0 Team Plan was paid.
  • The Vercel Pro subscription was not used and the payment was rejected from the beginning.
    Expected behavior:
  • My paid v0 Team Plan should be fully recognized.
  • I should be able to continue working on the original v0 project/chat.
  • The credits should correctly reflect the active paid v0 Team Plan.
  • A billing issue related to an attempted Vercel Pro subscription should not suspend or limit my paid v0 Team Plan.
  • Vercel Pro should not be counted or billed from May 27, because it was not successfully activated or used.
  • Vercel Pro should only be activated when I actually need and decide to use it.

Steps and timeline:

  1. On May 25, I subscribed to the v0 Team Plan for a website project.
  2. The v0 invoice number is 9TKAZXDU-0001.
  3. I started working on this v0 project:
  4. On May 27, I tried to integrate the v0 project with GitHub.
  5. The platform showed a message indicating that I needed a Vercel Team or Pro plan.
  6. Based on that message, I attempted to subscribe to Vercel Pro, even though I did not need Vercel Pro at that stage.
  7. The Vercel Pro payment was rejected from the beginning.
  8. I did not perform any operations or use Vercel Pro services.
  9. On May 28, Vercel started showing warnings that the site/account could be suspended unless the billing issue was resolved.

  11. On June 2, I found that my Vercel account appears to be suspended.
  12. At the same time, my paid v0 Team Plan no longer behaves correctly: I cannot continue the original chat as before, and the credits shown do not match what I expect from the active paid Team Plan.
    No production deployment was involved. The site was still in development/preview
