Urgent: v0 Platform Error Blocking Development for 5 days

Dear official support team,

This is not a typical v0 output generation error — it is a v0 platform-level error.

The development environment of my project has been constantly reporting Runtime errors and has been completely unable to carry out the development work for more than 5 days. I think it might be necessary for you to help reset the development environment of this project.

I have repeatedly confirmed that there is no problem with the code. The same code works completely normally in the production environment after clicking deploy. However, when accessing the API part in the development environment, it always reports “Runtime Error: Unknown error”, and there is no further detailed information available for me to debug.

This has seriously blocked the progress of my project. I sincerely hope to get your help in resolving this issue as soon as possible.

ProjectID: VNfxl4E3dzd

Sincerely,
A blocked and desperate v0.dev user

Did you know about these other v0 resources? A human should be here soon to help, but the answer may already be available even faster in one of these other posts.

Our docs is a great place to start.

We also have this guide that might be helpful!

And these recordings can give you a look at v0 features and strategies in action shown by our Community:

Hi @wallfacer005, welcome to the Vercel Community!

Sorry that you’re running into this issue. Can you share the console logs from the preview tab or the browser console logs? You can access the console logs by clicking Console, as shown in this image:

When I clicked the deploy button to deploy this project to Vercel, it worked very well.
So I don’t think this is caused by a code error, but rather an issue with the v0.dev environment itself.
However, when I forked this project, the problem still persisted, so I’m a bit confused now.

Hi @wallfacer005, thanks for sharing this feedback. I’ll pass it on to our v0 team to inspect futher.

Thank you! Before the problem is solved, it seems that I have no choice but to give up v0. Because I really have no way to solve this problem. No matter what I do, the error message always remains the same. There is no detail to help me troubleshoot.

I’m sorry that you faced this issue. The v0 team is constantly working to improve the product. I’ll keep you posted here when we resolve this issue.

I am not the first user who met this issue.
Someone have reported this issue before one month.

I understand. We’re actively investigating this issue and will share the solution here once we have an update.

Another week has passed? Has there been any progress? Is there any?

Hi @wallfacer005, I’m sorry but we’re yet to find the solution for this issue. v0 is a new product and lots of improvements are happening everyday. I’ll keep you posted when we hear anything from the team.
