I’m writing because I’m experiencing a billing issue that I need resolved urgently, as I have an active large-scale project on my account.
Problem
I attempted to update my billing address in the account settings, which triggered an unexpected charge and subsequent payment failure. I am now stuck in a loop where I cannot successfully pay, and I’m worried this failed payment state could lead to an account suspension.
Steps to Reproduce
- Attempted to update billing address in account settings.
- An unexpected charge was triggered during or after this process.
- Tried to complete the payment again.
Error Message
When attempting to complete the payment, I received the following error:

I have no intention of avoiding payment and am actively trying to resolve this. The issue appears to be on the platform side following the billing address update. Could you please:
