v0 branch-based publish process fails to merge into main branch

I can’t seem to merge anymore the new PR into the main branch - I do it through the chat with the new ‘Publish’ button process, where it pushes the PR and then with the next action merges it into the main branch. It says it merged successfully, but it’s not shown anywhere (neither in Vercel deployments nor on GitHub, nor in production). The deployment before worked well, once this new process is introduced its very buggy. Anyone had similar experience?

Did you know there’s another category dedicated to v0 topics? A human should be here soon to help, but the answer may already be available even faster in one of these other posts.

Our docs are a great place to start.

We also have a walkthrough to help guide your workflow.

And these recordings can give you a look at v0 features and strategies in action shown by our Community:

That’s odd! Thank you for reporting. Let me see if I can re-create it. In the meantime, can you share a chat link with us? Would be helpful for debugging

Nice portfolio! I like the design.

What do you see in your Git sidebar?

Hi folks, yes, that is really horrible. v0 does not commit into the main branch anymore. At least I have not found out, how to set up to do so again. After I had been forced to create new branches, my docker does not pull the changes anymore. Even worse: After having merged the new branches into the main branch v0 opens a new chat with each new branch and has forgotten the previous (3 months’) development history.
Catastrophy.

thank you!

here it is - i created the PR, and when I hit ‘Merge’ nothing happens. PR is visible on GitHub, but nothing happens when I try merging it (it’s not shown in Vercel deployments either)

btw looks like it merged now - not sure if the bug got fixed or i triggered something by clicking on ‘view PR’ button (highly unlikely, but it’s something i haven’t done previously when it was failing).
