V0 Build Errors - Clear Build Cache

I’m building a web app using V0, Publish has worked successfully many times but now I’ve hit the following blocker:
Upon clicking Publish a build error resulted. I asked the Chat to fix the build error. It said that it fixed it so I Published again. This resulted in a new build error. The Chat said it fixed it, but this went on many times, basically resulting in a loop. Chat said the only way to get out of this loop would be to “Clear Build Cache” (within Settings → General → Build Cache). I don’t see this setting anywhere thus cannot “clear the build cache”. How can I do clear the cache and thus do a new clean build?
