Are you still experiencing these issues? Seemed like there may have been a slight incident yesterday that may have caused some of these issues. But all should be fine by now. The issues were resolved around 8pm (CET). Can you let us know if you are still experiencing any of these issues.

unfortunately im still having the same issue. When i try to open a new chat it gets stuck there in a loop. After some minutes it tells an error occured. Only after several tried it does open a new chat, but i wont risk doing anything.. since i spent a lot of money yesterday to solve nothing.. Hopefully this gets fixed, dont want to switch provider, but seems im pushed to

Hi, i am facing a similar issue with one of my chats. Every time i load the chat, it crashes and gives the error in the screenshot. This has been happening since 11am EST yesterday. I have tried chrome, safari, atlas, and dia, but it fails on all browsers. I have also tried clearing cache and restarting my system.
