V0.dev Premium Plan problem

I’m writing to report a serious issue regarding my recent subscription to the v0.dev Premium Plan for $20.

Immediately after the payment, I attempted to use the chat feature on v0.dev. Instead, I was prompted with a message saying:
“Buy More Credits – Adding additional credits allows you to pay for v0 usage beyond your monthly credit limit. Additional credits expire 1 year after purchase.”

This makes no sense, as I haven’t used any credits yet — in fact, I literally just upgraded my account. I feel like I’ve been charged without receiving what was promised in the Premium Plan. This is very frustrating, and it feels like I was charged $20 for nothing.

Please clarify the following:

  • Why am I being asked to buy more credits despite having just activated the Premium Plan?
  • Why is there no access to the promised credit usage?
  • If this cannot be resolved quickly, I kindly request a full refund, as I haven’t used any service yet, and you can cheek it.

I hope to hear from you as soon as possible. This issue is urgent and deeply disappointing.

I seem to have the same problem. I activated Premium using the redemption code on April 22, but on May 22, it directly prompted me that the Credit Balance was 0. In fact, I haven’t started using it this month, and I even opened V0 for the first time on May 22.

You had $19/20 (respectively) remaining on your balances when it was reset to $5, so you can expect a credit of about $15 soon
