V0 Doesn't understand quality and continues to make basic errors

Looks like you were shown the invoices for your Vercel team instead of your v0 invoices. Make sure you select v0 instead of Vercel Platform at the start of the chat to be directed to the relevant refund options.

It’s best to use unemotional language to simply state the problem and what you want to accomplish. I’m sharing a screenshot of what worked for me so you can follow the same script.

Here is an idea on how to make me calm. Actually help me instead of being like your code, saying sorry and providing nothing of use to me. Maybe my frustration is that I am running a business and trying to use your software with very little success. I have asked for help and I am obviously not getting anywhere. Just tell me the steps to get my money back so I can close this v0 account and move on. Very simple request. Can you do that calmly for me please.
