v0 generation not completing + credits not usable

Hello,

I am experiencing a technical issue with v0.

I currently have $36.30 available credits, but I am unable to use them properly.

Issue details:

  • The chat starts generating but does not complete

  • Sometimes it stops midway or behaves inconsistently

  • Credits are not being consumed correctly relative to the output

  • This issue happens across multiple chats, not just one

What I already tried:

  • Different browsers

  • Cleared cache

  • Started new chats

The issue still persists.

This appears to be a backend or account-related issue, not a local problem.

Request:
Please investigate:

  • My account session

  • Any backend errors affecting generation

  • Any bugs related to credit usage and incomplete generations

This issue is makin

g my credits effectively unusable.

Best regards,
Ismail

Hello,

I’m experiencing an issue with my account regarding purchased credits.

Before my Premium plan expired, I had already purchased additional credits (around $11 USD). However, now that my subscription is no longer active, I’m unable to use those credits, even though they were paid separately.

This is currently blocking important work for a client project. The investment (both the credits and the project itself) was made with the expectation that these purchased credits would remain usable regardless of subscription status.

At the moment, the client does not plan to renew the Premium plan, since it’s not needed long-term. We only need to complete a specific adjustment in the project using the credits that are already available in the account.

Could you please:

  1. Confirm whether purchased credits are expected to work without an active subscription, and

  2. If this is a restriction, help enable or unlock access to the credits already paid for?

This situation is time-sensitive as it directly impacts a client deliverable.

I appreciate your help in resolving this as soon as possible.

Thank you.
