I need to know why I can’t use credits purchased in my team plan

Hi @ktarq37-5274, thanks for sharing this. Are you talking about the $34 of Gifted Credits here? I don’t have the full context, could you share where did you redeem them from?
The payment was made yesterday, upgrade team has been on for 3 months now but it must have ended because of insufficient funds.
Hi @finclusionai-3231, as I understand your issue is that you had purchased the $17.21 while you were on a paid plan and you are unable to use them on the v0 Free plan?
If so, this is the expected behavior on our side to prevent abuse: you need to be on a paid v0 plan to use the purchased credits. If you don’t want to upgrade to a v0 paid plan, you can also request a refund for the purchased credits from Help.
- I purchased $20 when I ran out of credits. What abuse are you preventing asides interrupting my deliverable for the day? v0 shouldn’t be restricting accounts from credits they paid for, THAT IS ABUSE.
- It is not a free plan if I paid $20 to get credits so please enable my acount so i can get back to work

You need to be on a paid v0 plan (Premium, Team, or Enterprise) to use the purchased credits. If you don’t want to upgrade to a v0 paid plan, you can also request a refund for the purchased credits from Help.
