V0 monthly message limit

The monthly message limit of v0 is too high. I only used it for about 3 days before the limit was reached and I can only use it for the next month.

There are usually limits on the daily and monthly messages that one can send. I understand you are reaching your limits in about 3 days, and that describes how your prompts and follow-ups are structured. AI chats are usually based on the concept of “tokens”.

Each prompt you send and every response you receive is broken down into tokens, and the AI platform processes these tokens rather than just counting the number of messages. I believe that’s how Vercel’s v0 is designed, too.

It’s a complicated setup, and the recommendation is usually to upgrade to one of the premium plans for more messages:

I would love to see v0 do this. Set a weekly token count instead of a daily token count, and calculate the token count based on the user’s prompt word instead of using a time limit. This would be great
