Stuck on v0 onboarding (Accept and Continue stays on Submitting...)
This issue occurs consistently across:
Tested multiple accounts
There are no relevant console errors related to the onboarding request. It seems like the workspace creation step is stuck or not returning a response.
Has anyone experienced this or found a workaround?

I am going to take a stab and say that they are pushing updates or something. I’ve got a mess going with their auto-fix just all of a sudden making changes to already published applications and breaking working applications all while creating new versions that when you try to roll back does the exact same thing again all while burning credits.
So, the workspace usually works pretty well; could be because of something their doing.
