v0 project fails to create GitHub branch and blocks chat functionality

Problem

I built out a complete site on a new v0 account. I had already created the GitHub repo and connected my GitHub to Vercel. The integration is active and I’ve already tried to disconnect it and reconnect it.

Current Behavior

When I was ready to go live, my only option was "Publish", so I attempted to publish. However, the deployment kept failing on a ReferenceError.

Even though the error has since been fixed manually, I still can’t deploy without the same failure. Furthermore:

I can’t continue a chat in v0 until I create a branch.
Each time I try to create a branch, I get an error:

Error: Failed to create branch

It’s not isolated to one specific chat. I might’ve figured out the cause.

I’m running my own account (for my own project) and then a friend of mines business website on a separate account. I’m using my own Github for both but different repositories.

Is there a known bug with having the same Github account connected to different Vercel/v0 accounts? Basically as I bounce back and forward between accounts (I use different browsers and it doesn’t always happen sometimes I can work on both in parallel) one randomly stops working. And the only fix is to disconnect Github, reload the sandbox and dev server after reconnecting Github (choosing the specific repo).

Also seeing now “The repository "accountName" couldn't be found in your linked GitHub account. Please make sure that it exists and the GitHub Integration has access to it.”

Randomly while in the middle of working on a project. Disconnect Github integration and now no matter what can’t get it to read from this repo that it already has permissions to.

I am also experiencing this, is there a solution? it wont even perform an initial push. do i have to get the repo rolling with anything?
