v0 prompts for upgrade despite having purchased credits

Hello Team,

Problem

When I try to use v0, it says that I don’t have enough credits and prompts me to upgrade. However, I currently have $23 in purchased credits on my account.

Current Behavior

  • Attempting to use v0 results in an “insufficient credits” prompt.
  • Account balance shows $23 in purchased credits.

Please could you look into this issue and help resolve it?

If you cancel your subscription and return to free tier, you can only use the free $5 allowance and limited daily messages. You need an active v0 subscription for unlimited messages and access to on-demand credits

I didn’t subscribe or cancel any plan the credit was gifted to me by one of v0 team for a feedback I added the images for context
