Problem
I am currently on the $20 Premium plan and I am facing the exact same bug that I see way too many people complaining about here: missing referral credits.
Current Behavior
- I successfully referred two friends.
- My dashboard clearly acknowledges this, as the progress bar shows “
$190to go” (meaning the$10for the two signups was registered). - I am correctly using my Personal Scope.
The Issue:
These credits are absolutely nowhere to be found—they haven’t been added to my generation tokens, nor are they showing up as a deduction in my billing balance for my next invoice.
Support Experience
But honestly, the technical bug isn’t even the worst part. The most frustrating thing is the complete lack of response from the support team. I see numerous users reporting this issue with zero follow-up. There doesn’t seem to be any dedicated customer service, not even for paying subscribers.
I absolutely love v0 as a tool, but this level of customer care is a dealbreaker. If this isn’t resolved quickly and if the support team continues to ignore its paying users, I will be canceling my subscription very soon just on principle.
Has anyone actually managed to get this fixed, or is the team completely ignoring this? (Screenshot attached for proof).
