v0 sandbox temporarily unavailable error loop and stop button failure

I started a new branch and got the message:

The sandbox is temporarily unavailable. Let me try again.

Then it looped for a while:

  1. Pushing the STOP button didn’t work.
  2. Refreshed the tab and clicked STOP again a few times.
  3. Finally it stopped, but burned a small amount of credits.
