Broken sharing: Previews are not supported for recipients. If a link is copied from a new tab, the preview works but the chat window is missing.
Broken history: The latest changes (e.g., “Updated the confirmation button from ‘Confirm answer’ to ‘Generate final answer’”) are not reflected in the preview despite being selected and loaded.
Design mode: Encountering “Design mode not supported in this chat” errors following recent updates.
Credit and Billing Concerns
I have spent paid credits dealing with these errors. Regarding the promotion:
“All paid v0 users get $10 in credits every day this week to give it a spin.”
I have not received these daily credits as advertised.
I’m going to migrate my files to another service. This is not usable right now, and I don’t like being a test subject in a beta project.
Sorry to hear you’re experiencing these frustrating issues with v0. I can see you’ve outlined several problems with sharing, history updates, and design mode, plus concerns about the credit allocation.
To help the team investigate these issues properly, could you share your v0 chat link? It will look something like https://v0.dev/chat/...
Having the specific chat link will allow us to look into the sharing problems, the history sync issues, and the design mode functionality you’re experiencing.
Design Mode is temporarily unavailable for all new chats in “beta” mode while the devs fix up some things. They know it is crucial and are actively working on it I can guarantee you. Hopefully it should be back soon. Any of your chats prior to the update will still allow Design Mode.
As for the $10 daily credits, that was only for last week during launch week of the new v0. It has now ended to my knowledge.
The email was sent on 02/06/2026, and I only received credits for Friday. But never mind — I don’t really care about the credits. What I do care about is that you sent an announcement email highlighting new features while existing features are disabled, and what’s worse, the app isn’t working properly where iterating cost me my own credits. Of course, I don’t expect a flawless app, but the number of bugs makes me want to switch elsewhere.
