I have subscribed to a Team plan, but my account has been downgraded back to the Free Tier.
My Vercel account shows that the Team plan is active.
v0 is showing me as Free Tier.
This is concerning for the reliability of the product, and I need help resolving this discrepancy between my subscription status and what’s being displayed in v0. I’m not even sure if I can trust the product anymore.

I'm sorry that you faced this issue. As I can see the $30 credits as well as the v0 Team status is now applied to your v0 account. Can you check again and share if you see something different?
Hi and thank you for your reply. No change for me, i can still see my account with 5$ Free tiers on v0 Even after a sign out + clear cache etc..
What i don’t understand is that i could see 30$ on my v0 account after buying the plan. And then later when app seems frozen, i sign out + login and had 5$ on the account.

Hey I seem to have the same issue the daily and monthly plan credit have disappeared on my account and defaulted to free $5

Hey,
I logged out and logged back in. So I am on the team workspace, and my account is the only one as owner. It’s weird because vercel is set to hobby, and we bought v0 team. I don’t have any other account to switch to. All at the same time it tells me I have the team plan, when I click upgrade it tells me I’m on team, but yet it tells me I can’t buy credits because I’m on free. Also all the gifted credits from the plan have vanished without a history. Am I just missing something? M api key I set also dissapeared.
