v0 shows Free Tier despite active Vercel Team plan subscription

Problem

I have subscribed to a Team plan, but my account has been downgraded back to the Free Tier.

Current Behavior

  • My Vercel account shows that the Team plan is active.

  • v0 is showing me as Free Tier.

This is concerning for the reliability of the product, and I need help resolving this discrepancy between my subscription status and what’s being displayed in v0. I’m not even sure if I can trust the product anymore.

I’m sorry that you faced this issue. As I can see the $30 credits as well as the v0 Team status is now applied to your v0 account. Can you check again and share if you see something different?

No change for me, i can still see my account with 5$ Free tiers on v0
Even after a sign out + clear cache etc..

What i don’t understand is that i could see 30$ on my v0 account after buying the plan.
And then later when app seems frozen, i sign out + login and had 5$ on the account.

Hey I seem to have the same issue the daily and monthly plan credit have disappeared on my account and defaulted to free $5

I logged out and logged back in. So I am on the team workspace, and my account is the only one as owner. It’s weird because vercel is set to hobby, and we bought v0 team. I don’t have any other account to switch to. All at the same time it tells me I have the team plan, when I click upgrade it tells me I’m on team, but yet it tells me I can’t buy credits because I’m on free. Also all the gifted credits from the plan have vanished without a history. Am I just missing something? M api key I set also dissapeared.
