For me, more than 24hrs and I still haven’t received any response from them.

I’d love to share this as feedback internally for you. Are you referring to v0 support, or generally on Vercel?
I asked for for v0 support since I encountered an issue where I can’t see the file folders but if I asked ai to do mkdir, it shows the files that were generated. Anyway, 16 business hrs is so unfair. imagine, I asked for support yesterday 6:10pm, now since it’s already past six I’ll have to count 16 business hrs. and you know when I should expect my support? next week monday 2pm. Do I really have to wait 4 days for support?
