v0 Team plan account status remains Free after successful payment

Problem

I upgraded to the v0 Team plan today, but my account is still showing as Free.

Details

  • Invoice number: GH1UXADF-001
  • Amount paid: $30.00
  • Date: March 7, 2026
  • Product: v0 Team plan

The payment was successful and shows as “Paid” on my invoice, but my plan hasn’t updated. I’ve tried logging out and in and refreshing the page, but it’s still showing Free.

Could someone please help me resolve this sync issue?

The exact same issue here! I’m in the middle of building a web page. How do we actually get help, or is this just a place we can gripe about it?

Hey everyone, firstly thank you for upgrading and raising this.

There was an unexpected issue with one of our billing systems involved in processing the transaction, so some subscriptions were not completed successfully.

The team is aware and are working through the cases that were affected. Can you confirm if your plans have updated now?

Thank you. Previously there also was the name of my “hobby” team next to the V0 logo. Now it does not seem to connect. Maybe this helps tracing the issue.
