I upgraded to the v0 Team plan today, but my account is still showing as Free.

The payment was successful and shows as “Paid” on my invoice, but my plan hasn’t updated. I’ve tried logging out and in and refreshing the page, but it’s still showing Free.
Could someone please help me resolve this sync issue?
Hey everyone, firstly thank you for upgrading and raising this.
There was an unexpected issue with one of our billing systems involved in processing the transaction, so some subscriptions were not completed successfully.
The team is aware and are working through the cases that were affected. Can you confirm if your plans have updated now?
Sure, in the vercel.ai admin center>team settings>/billing V0 is displayed as “teams active, renews April 13”. admin center>team settings>/invoices shows successful purchase. Once pressing “manage”, V0 opens, but shows “free plan”. No name or value next to the V0 logo (previously there was some).
Issue flow: initial subscription purchase was successful, V0 team plan worked for about 30 minutes, then the team name and URL were changed in vercel.ai admin center, then V0 showed “free” again. Also, old chats are gone and now no chats are loading. I hope this helps debugging
Hi @lassewrobel-5519, I can see that your v0 Team plan was activated correctly. But, when you got to v0.app you are not able to select your team from the account switcher at top? If you see your team name in the switcher try selecting that.
