When I click Publish, and Open Pull Request, the error appears.

I’m having this very same problem too. I see the dev console logs:

200 response to v0 by Vercel - Build Agents, Apps, and Websites with AI

Without me doing anything, it started working by itself. There was an issue at the time on https://v0-status.com/ about degraded chat performance. Perhaps was related to that.
