V0 unpaid voice

my invoice is showing as unpaid, but when I try to pay its show processing error, ive used many card nothing work, my work is been stop please fix it, auto chatbot also couldn’t fix it, its been days and no reply after creating case

Opening a case was the right call. That way our billing team can dig into the details with you.

You may have already heard back from the them at this point. But if you’d like, I can check on the case if you share the ticket number
