I am experiencing a 403 Forbidden error after interacting with the gateway, similar to other reported issues. Despite adding my credit card on the Hobby plan, the error persists. Additionally, my $5 monthly free credit has not updated

I’m encountering a 403 Forbidden error when using AI Gateway.

Current vs Expected Behavior

Current: Requests to AI Gateway return 403 Forbidden
Expected: Requests should go through successfully

Steps to Reproduce

Make a request to AI Gateway endpoint
Receive 403 Forbidden error

What I’ve Tried

Re-added my card in billing information
Regenerated my API key
Tested a model in the playground, still prompts me to add a credit card even though one is already on file (see attached screenshot)
