I am experiencing a 403 Forbidden error after interacting with the gateway, similar to other reported issues. Despite adding my credit card on the Hobby plan, the error persists. Additionally, my $5 monthly free credit has not updated

Good day,

I’m encountering a 403 Forbidden error when using AI Gateway.

Current vs Expected Behavior

  • Current: Requests to AI Gateway return 403 Forbidden
  • Expected: Requests should go through successfully

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Make a request to AI Gateway endpoint
  2. Receive 403 Forbidden error

What I’ve Tried

  • Re-added my card in billing information
  • Regenerated my API key
  • Tested a model in the playground, still prompts me to add a credit card even though one is already on file (see attached screenshot)

Issue persists after all attempts.

It seems like we’re unable to verify the card you’ve added. Could you try with a different credit card?
