Vercel AI Gateway promotional credit not showing after payment verification

Problem

I’m currently on the Hobby plan and have verified my payment method, but the free $5 AI Gateway promotional credit is showing as $0.00 in my account.

Details

• Plan: Hobby plan
• Status: Payment method verified, no outstanding invoices
• Issue: Promotional credit not applied

Based on the requirements, since my card is verified and the account is in good standing, the promotional credit should be available.

I’m sorry for the confusion but it seems like the card you added isn’t accepted at Vercel and that’s why the verification wasn’t marked finished.

Could you try with another credit card?
