Vercel deployment fails with "Hobby teams do not support collaboration" error for solo developer

Problem

I’m a solo developer and my project is currently blocked from deploying with the following error message:

Error: Hobby teams do not support collaboration.

I don’t have any collaborators on my team — I’m the sole owner and developer. It appears my account was set up as a Hobby Team rather than a Personal account during initial setup, and I’m now unable to deploy updates to my live production site.

Details

  • Project name: croptera-trade
  • Production domain: trade.croptera.com.au
  • GitHub repo: glynnt1974-ship-it/croptera-trade
  • Team status: I am the only member on this team (no collaborators)

What I’ve Tried

  • Transferring the project: Attempted to move to a personal account, but no personal account appears in the dropdown, only teams.
  • Deleting the Hobby team: The delete button is disabled/greyed out (cursor shows blocked icon).
  • Creating a support case: The case form sidebar opens but won’t scroll or display a submit button.

I need help either unblocking my deployments or safely moving my project to a personal Hobby scope without losing my domain connection.

Thank you for any assistance!
