Vercel domain verification error 403 on university subdomain linked to another account

Problem

I am on the Hobby plan and I cannot upgrade to Pro (payment method rejected) to open a support case. I have a blocking issue with a university project.

I cannot add the domain oscarlab.dpss.psy.unipd.it to my project sito-phd.

Current Behavior

  • CLI: I get Error 403 (Not Authorized)
  • UI: I get the “Linked to another account” error

Context

The root domain unipd.it is owned by another account (University), so I cannot verify ownership at the root level. My IT Department has already added the verification TXT record specifically for my subdomain at: _vercel.oscarlab.dpss.psy.unipd.it.

You can verify the record exists via dig or DNS tools.

Please manually override the verification block and add oscarlab.dpss.psy.unipd.it to my project sito-phd.
