Vercel domains missing from dashboard after successful crypto payment confirmation

Problem

I purchased two domains (haitiautrust.com and haititrip.org) on Vercel using cryptocurrency. The payment was successfully completed and confirmed on the blockchain. However, the domains are not appearing in my Vercel dashboard under the Domains section, and I have not received a registration confirmation. I expected the domains to be provisioned to my account immediately after payment confirmation.

Steps Taken

  1. Initiated domain purchase for haitiautrust.com and haititrip.org.
  2. Completed the transaction via the provided payment gateway.
  3. Transaction hash (TXID) shows as Confirmed on the explorer.
  4. Checked Vercel Dashboard → Settings → Domains: The domains are missing.

Environment

  • Framework: N/A (Account-level billing/domain issue)
  • Account Type: Personal/Hobby
  • Domains: haitiautotrust.com, haititrip.org
  • Payment Method: Crypto
