Hello Vercel Support Team,
I am writing to request the unpause of my Hobby plan account.
Problem
My account remains paused despite waiting for the usage reset and removing deployments.
Details
- I have already removed all related projects/deployments that may have triggered the pause.
- I waited the full 30-day cycle for the monthly usage reset, but my account remains paused.
- A reason for the high usage was the significant traffic from AI crawlers, while real visitors did not exceed 20 views per day. I modified
proxy.tsto block these crawlers, but I can’t redeploy the project due to the account being paused.
As a result of the pause, I am currently unable to create or deploy any new projects, which is affecting my development workflow.
Could you please help unpause my account, or let me know if any additional steps are required on my side?
