Vercel Pro plan refund request and billing support submission issues

Hello,

Problem

I want to refund the 20.00$ that Vercel just charged me today. I purchased the Pro plan on. but my website still get paused and i no longer want to use the service

please help me with the refund. i try to use help and billing but button submit cant be clicked are you kidding me ?

i disappointed with the service and the Support center was terrible. how could this big service no one reply on the support or even email reply.

If you’ve already opened a case, rest assured our support team will help you as soon as they get to the ticket.

Customers on all plan types are welcome to open a new case for any billing issue. Just describe the problem to the AI chat bot and click the “Create Case” button that appears at the bottom of the chat window. The AI will autofill the form based on the info provided. Then, you can review and adjust any info in the form before submitting it to reach our billing experts.

i already create the case and try to billing support but cant because submit button Unable to be CLICKED.

I have already paid for my invoice (RIQQHDDP-0002, Receipt number 2621-4740) but my account remains paused, which has stopped my business. I’m trying to submit a refund request but after selecting the invoice, the submit button remains greyed out and cannot be clicked, so I’m unable to complete the refund submission. i want to refund anyway

I’m sorry about this, I understand how frustrating it can be.

Can you try a different browser to submit the request? Or disable plugins, perhaps?

We cannot refund you via the community I’m afraid.

whta kind of plugin or browser ? i still cant clicked i have tried anothe rbrowser

Could you go into your console and check error logs?

this is has nothing to do with console or error logs. the button just cant clicked

I went through the flow myself, and I had to select the product I wanted to refund.

But it looks like nothing shows up for you. Let me check with the team :slight_smile:

i have try again but nothing changes. already in the support center make 2 open case but no body see or reply
