I want to refund the 20.00$ that Vercel just charged me today. I purchased the Pro plan on. but my website still get paused and i no longer want to use the service

If you’ve already opened a case, rest assured our support team will help you as soon as they get to the ticket.
Customers on all plan types are welcome to open a new case for any billing issue. Just describe the problem to the AI chat bot and click the “Create Case” button that appears at the bottom of the chat window. The AI will autofill the form based on the info provided. Then, you can review and adjust any info in the form before submitting it to reach our billing experts.
I have already paid for my invoice (RIQQHDDP-0002, Receipt number 2621-4740) but my account remains paused, which has stopped my business. I’m trying to submit a refund request but after selecting the invoice, the submit button remains greyed out and cannot be clicked, so I’m unable to complete the refund submission. i want to refund anyway
