Vercel project paused and unable to resume without upgrade prompt

Hi,

I’m currently experiencing an issue with my account/project being paused for over a month, and I’m unable to resume the service.

I haven’t exceeded any significant usage limits recently (based on the dashboard).

When I try to resume the project, I’m prompted to upgrade, but I’m not sure why this is required since my usage appears to be within the free tier limits.

Could you please help me:

  1. Understand why my project is still paused?
  2. Re-enable (unpause) my project if possible?

Projects don’t automatically unpause because if you haven’t addressed the reason they went over (for example a runaway loop) they would immediately consume the next month’s usage and trigger a pause again

I have unpaused you manually, you should be good to go
