Vercel Seats and Billing

Hi Vercel team,

I recently noticed that my Pro plan invoice is $40 instead of the expected $20.

After checking the invoice, I realized that an additional team seat was added for $20/month. This was my mistake. I added another email address that belongs to me to the team and wasn’t aware that doing this would create an additional paid seat.

I only need one Pro seat, and I’ve now removed/will remove the additional account.

Would it be possible to please remove the additional seat charge from my outstanding invoice? Once that is adjusted, I’m happy to clear the remaining pending payment for my Pro plan immediately.

I’d really appreciate your help with this. Thank you!

A second seat would only be charged if you invited another account to join your team. Including an other email address shouldn't cost anything if you add it in account settings - https://vercel.com/docs/accounts#adding-a-new-email-address
