Vercel support not reacting on data deletion request

Some time ago, I hosted a project on this platform. Unfortunately, I no longer remember which email address I used to register. I requested to either transfer ownership of the project to my new email address or take it down, since my personal information is written on the project webpage.

One week ago I wrote to registration@vercel.com, now I am asking myself if Vercel responds to non paying users at all?

Do I have to wait for each response of your support team for a week?

There is a website on your servers with all my personal data, it’s connected to the same Github project as this account with which I am writing this post.

If a transfer is that difficult, just delete it. I wrote an email to privacy@vercel.com asking just for deletion and my request ignored with the remark to contact support (which is non responsive)
