I tried premium payment, but the card company doesn’t charge me and the website goes at premium. What should I do?

Sorry that you are having this issue. Could you share the country, card type, Visa/Mastercard here?
Please don’t share any sensitive information.
The premium upgrade should be temporary and you’ll be downgraded to Free plan once the payment failure is confirmed.
The best/fastest solution is to use a different Credit Card that supports international payments.
