Why Vercel Hobby account shows 0s build time remaining

I don’t remember pushing anything to Vercel this month, and I’m also pretty sure free Hobby accounts should have more than 0 seconds of build time. Maybe this has something to do with me deleting a few projects, and adding CI on top of those?

I’m not sure how to reproduce this, maybe open the dashboard on a Hobby tier account.

The title seems to have been changed, it shows “25m / 0s” on the dashboard. It also seems to be completely ignored, as I just deployed something just fine.

It seems to have disappeared, so maybe Vercel’s adding build time limits and it was glitched out.

I had this issue too. I still have it, but I can still deploy just fine.
