Zero support, zero care for paying clients?

There’s not enough info here for us to see what’s causing the error. We have another post with suggested details to include.

Just look at my support ticket ? Please :slight_smile: It has now been 3 days and no reply but I do notice someone went in and merged my tickets together.

6 days now :slight_smile: We are paying customers.

Thanks guys my request has been answered but then it got closed and it will not allow me to re open for further details.
My question is how can we find the second seat, we paid 30$ x 2 for 2 seats ($60 total), but we can only access the credits on 1 seat.

You can see the members in your v0 team on the https://v0.app/chat/settings/billing page:

Please ensure you’ve selected the correct team from the top dropdown on your v0 account when checking this.

Team members should have access to the same project without having to remix I would assume but that does not seem like the case ?
