Account locked on Personal (Hobby) plan with no unpaid invoices

Hello Vercel Support Team,

My Vercel account is currently locked and requires payment, even though all of my projects are under my Personal workspace and I am intending to use only the Free (Hobby) plan.

I have already checked and confirmed that:

- The project is in a Personal workspace (not a Team)

- I am not intentionally using any paid features

- I attempted to disable or remove any features that might require a Pro plan, but the account remains locked and does not allow me to proceed

At the moment, the account is locked at the account level, not just a single project, which prevents me from managing or deploying projects normally.

Could you please help me:

- Identify which feature or configuration is causing the account to require payment, or

- Reset/remove any paid feature flags if this is a stuck or incorrect state

Thank you very much for your support.

Best regards,

Natpakorn Silapachai

If your account has been blocked for exceeding fair use limits, it means that your usage violated Vercel’s Fair Use Guidelines or Terms of Service. This can result in blocked deployments, projects, or accounts.

Can you ensure that you’ve read and understood these?

I’m requesting to have my paused Hobby account unpaused.
I’ve already removed the project that was using heavy resources, and there are no paid features or unpaid invoices on my account.

I’d like to continue using Vercel for preview deployments and other projects.
Could you please help unpause my account?

Thank you.

Should be good!
