Account still paused after 30-day unblock despite usage within Hobby limits

My team’s account was paused due to exceeding fair use limits on the Hobby plan. I used the one-time 30-day unblock option, and during that 30-day period, my usage did not exceed the Hobby limits. However, after the 30 days ended, my account is still paused even though my usage remained within the allowed limits. I need this investigated as my account should not be paused if I’m staying within Hobby plan limits.
