i was having account directly with guthub , i wanted to delete that account i clicked delete and they wanted from me to verify the delete from email i dont have the email that moment i created new account with email , then i selected github to deploy projects , when i wanted to add my domain name they anted me to verify the email because is already in use from another vercel account that i my old account , what i can do now , when i want to log into my old vercel account it directly log me into the new one

You can open a new ticket with them by sending an email to registration@vercel.com. Let them know the email addresses and GitHub username associated with your accounts to help them verify account ownership more quickly.
its not about not being able to login to accoutn , i was always login with github account , after i deleted my vercel account that connectd to github accont , i created new one with email , after that i assosiated it with the same github , now i want to add an domain that on the other account but i cant be cause when i want to login with github as always i dont find the old i find the new account
You should be able to send an email to registration@vercel.com without logging in to a Vercel account. The email will automatically create a ticket with the team that is able to help with account access issues.
After you regain access to the old account you will be able to transfer the domain to your new account.
