I was working on some git repositories today and ended up doing some code on my computer via local host and then pushed it to my git repository and connected that to a test project to see how it would work and it did work, however, I am unable to work on the project using v0?
Im not a coder so it was good that it worked but the only way i can build my project further out is by having the deployment show up in v0 so i can further build it out. Please help.
Did you know about these other v0 resources? A human should be here soon to help, but the answer may already be available even faster in one of these other posts.
This guide is a great place to start.
And these recordings can give you a look at v0 features and strategies in action: Topics tagged v0
Hi @lukinharrison-gmailc, I understand that youâve some code locally that you want to continue to develop using v0? If so, you can zip the folder locally (after removing node_modules) and then use the Upload a project feature in v0 to import the code into a project.
once forking and ready to deploy it seems to be taking a verrrrry long time to get deployed? it just keeps saying âpushing changesâ. is that common?
so i wasnât able to deploy unless i connected back to a git repo - why is that? and can i deploy without it being connected? currently i am in a loop of connecting, reconnecting etc.
if I can just get the git repo disconnected from vercel admin and get the chat restored to v13 that would be great.
I no longer what the git repo to be connected to it and I just want to build from vercel.
My original question was actually about a different project but for some reason when I forked this new project it would not deploy so i thought I would just create a new repo and then it deployed for some reason.
please reinstate v13 so I can continue to work on this project from vercel and only vercel. @anshumanb@pawlean
You should be able to disconnect the git repo from the Vercel dashboard for this project. Thatâs reachable by clicking through from your initial dashboard at vercel.com or by going directly to the settings page with the format https://vercel.com/<TEAM-SLUG>/<PROJECT-SLUG>/settings/git
There should be a âDisconnectâ button there next to the remote repo details. After you click it, your v0 project will no longer be connected to the repo.
Please give that a try and let me know whether or not you run into trouble with it
I go to the version I want to redeploy, select restore and then receive this error message. As you can see it also wonât allow me to deploy only âpush changesâ.
