Canceling unintentional Vercel Pro subscription and stopping failed payment retries

Problem

I accidentally subscribed to the Vercel Pro plan while I intended to subscribe to v0.

Current Situation

  • I have successfully subscribed to v0 now.
  • My Vercel account keeps trying to charge me for an unpaid invoice from the Vercel Pro plan.
  • Due to insufficient funds on my card, this is leading to repeated transaction fees from my bank.

Request

Can you help me cancel the pending Vercel Pro invoice and stop the automatic retry attempts?

Hey no worries, you can go to vercel.com/help and ask for the refund there – most of the time it’ll be fully automated for recent/unused subscriptions, and otherwise will generate the case for you so billingsupport can help out

thanks!! but my card has no available credit. i can’t pay… can’t we just cancel it without finish the payment ?:pleading_face:
